Delivery

1. How do I order anything from Ratekid delivery online?

Just follow the simple steps:

  1. Select item
  2. Add to cart
  3. Checkout
  4. Enter your delivery address to check delivery fee
  5. Select payment and checkout
  6. Once payment is made, the products will be delivered!

2. Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing an order?

You may change or cancel your order via our delivery customer service provided that the ordered items have not left the shop.

3. How will I know if Ratekid has received my online order?

An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been submitted.

4. What do I do if my order arrived with missing items?

Please call our delivery customer service at CLICK HERE to inform our customer service personnel of your missing items with a picture of inner package. We will arrange for the items to be delivered to you in the soonest time possible.

5. Is Ratekid Delivery available across Malaysia?

Ratekid Delivery currently only covers within the vicinity of Kuching city before the bridges until Stakan area. You will be prompted to check your address when you start ordering online. Or, you can call our delivery customer service number at CLICK HERE if you have further enquiries.

6. When is the operating hours for Ratekid Delivery?

Ratekid Delivery is currently available from 9:00AM to 5:00PM from Mondays to Saturdays including public holidays. However, delivery hours may vary depending on stores. Please check the merchant operating hours.

7. How much time does it take for Ratekid to arrive after placing an order?

We strive to deliver our service as fast as we can to meet your needs. The delivery time may vary depending on the status of delivery stores. An estimated time of within an hour will be delivered to your address for foods & beverages that consumed instantly.

8. Does menu on Ratekid Delivery offer the same as in merchants respective stores?

Menu options for Ratekid delivery vary from restaurants in store menu. Ratekid delivery has its own Delivery Menu, exclusive sets and packages that can only be found here.

9. Is there a minimum order requirement for Ratekid Delivery?
A minimum order varies from delivery companies. However, there is no minimum order for foods delivery.

10. What are the payment options available for Ratekid Delivery?
The following payment options are available for Ratekid Delivery.

11. Can I schedule my order in advance?
You can place your future orders up to 3 days in advance via Ratekid Delivery Online. Just choose your preferred date and time. Please check merchant operating hours first before choosing a time. For delivery time out of merchant operating hours, it will be delivered before merchant stop operating.

Pick Up

About Pick Up

1. What is Pick Up?
Pick Up offers you a new way of ordering through Ratekid.com. You can now order in advance and collect your order at your preferred time of merchant store.

2. What are the benefits of Pick Up?
You save a lot of time without going through the usual process. Place your order online, pick the collection time and skip the queue at the store. We will make sure your orders are ready to go. There is no additional charges or minimum order requirement for Pick Up.

3. Is Pick Up available to all merchant stores?
Pick Up is available at all merchant stores.

Order & Collect Your Meals

1. How do I place an order for Pick Up?
It is the same with delivery steps, there is an option during checkout to choose between pick up and delivery with any time up to three days.
Notice * Please check merchant operating hours first before choosing a time.

2. How long do I need to wait after I’ve placed an order for Pick Up?
If you expect the order to be ready after payment, estimated preparations time based on the size of the order range from 1 to 2 hour.
It is recommended that you can choose to order in advance for tomorrow up to 3 days. So the merchant has time to make sure your order are fully prepared to ensure that you do not waste any time.

3. What are the payment options available for Pick Up orders?
We accept both debit/credit cards (Visa & Master) issued by banks in Malaysia. Online banking is also accepted. Payment is to be made for processing the order.

4. How will I know if Ratekid has received my online orders?
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been submitted.

5. What are the operating hours for Pick Up?
Online orders are open from 7.00am to 8.00pm daily. Every orders after 8.00pm will be considered as next day Pick Up. Order accepted when two hour passed since merchant opening hours. Please refer to merchant opening hours for order collection. Please note that in-store collection time may vary according to merchant store.

Account Management

1. How do I register an account with Ratekid Delivery?
You will be prompted to “Login” or “Sign up” when you are going through the ordering process. Select “My Account” to register with us.

2. How do I reset my password if I have lost or forgotten it?
When you’re prompted to log in, select “Forgot Password” and insert email/username, a reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Where can I change my account info or addresses?
First, log into your account, tap on “Account details,” you can edit your personal details here. If you would like to edit your delivery address, tap “Address” and edit it with new address and click save.

4. Can I share the same account with my family members to place an order for Ratekid Delivery?
Yes you may share the same account. Please note that address will be delivered to the registered address. Order confirmation will be sent to registered email address. However, it is encouraged that each member registers a new account for convenience. Registration is free.
